We are currently looking for the next System Administrator to join our team of experts!

Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.

• Performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts.
• Provision/harden Linux operating systems.
• Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. Must have familiarization with scripting and installing applications from root files. A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; Significant experience administering Linux or other UNIX-based systems.

Skilled in working with DevOps or DevSecOps teams to deploy and troubleshoot systems

Experience creating and maintaining shell scripts, including Python and Bash

Managing SSH access and security policies across a hybrid environment.
