Description

Assess and evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment strategies

Education
~ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivocal qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Preferred CPR certification
