Registered Nurse - High Risk Obstetrics

Location: Voorhees, NJ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour Shift (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our High-Risk Obstetrics unit. The successful candidate will provide care to patients, including those on continuous monitoring and antepartum patients. The role requires flexibility to float to nearby lower-volume hospitals as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a high-risk obstetrics unit.

Monitor vital signs and assist with early inductions and antepartum care.

Effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Perform assessments and document patient information accurately.

Float to nearby hospitals when required, while adhering to scope of practice.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2.5-3 years of experience in obstetrics nursing.

Current active New Jersey RN license.

ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.

Must pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing the contract.

Preferred experience with EPIC charting system.
