As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet the needs of the patients.
Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.
Works collaboratively with physician. Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing

• 3-5 years clinical experience in a Women's Health environment
• Registered Nurse: CA
• Demonstrates ability to work within a team model of patient-care delivery.
• Demonstrates proficient basic nursing skills and specialty skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process and the ability to apply these principles appropriately.
• Demonstrates clear, effective written and oral English skills, and objective active-listening skills.
• Demonstrates ability to delegate appropriate patient care tasks, duties, etc. Ability and willingness to actively participate in process improvement activities.
• Reacts calmly and efficiently in emergencies.
• Collaborates and provides leadership with patient-care team.
• Maintains effective relationships with coworkers and medical staff.
