Role Overview
Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible General Surgeon to join a busy, mission-driven team serving rural communities. The position involves emergency on-call duties, outpatient clinics, and perioperative care .
Key Responsibilities

Respond to ER/inpatient consults and provide surgical interventions.
Manage emergency general surgery cases collaboratively.
Conduct outpatient clinic visits for postoperative and new patient care in rural areas.
Ensure continuity of care through effective communication during coverage transitions.
Qualifications & Skills

Board Certified or Eligible in General Surgery.
California medical license or eligibility.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $440,000–$500,000 including on-call and clinic duties.
