Litigation Law Paralegal

Litigation Paralegals work very closely with each other and the Firm’s lawyers, clients and external vendors, depending on the needs of each particular matter.

Project management and organization of case resources through all phases of litigation

Assist with special projects supporting the Firm’s practice development, knowledge management and business development initiatives

Assist with document collection and production

Assembling, organizing, and circulating case materials

Search for, review and assemble litigation materials from Westlaw/Lexis/Bloomberg Law

This includes complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.

Knowledge of legal/paralegal environments.

Bachelor's degree required.

Prior legal experience is beneficial but not required.

Language skills are beneficial, specifically Spanish
