Work Environment\n The work setting at Quest Wellness Center is largely remote, with foundational support provided through our outpatient office located in Dallas, Texas. While your primary interactions will occur via virtual communications, you will still maintain close collaborative relationships with your colleagues and external partners. Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing mental health concerns including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in the office and within the community. \Collaborate effectively with colleagues to elevate team objectives and ensure comprehensive care delivery. \Navigate organizational and financial systems to enhance service effectiveness and client satisfaction. \Adhere strictly to professional ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with licensure standards and organizational policies. \Conduct assessments, perform crisis intervention, and monitor ongoing client care, ensuring alignment with established admission and discharge criteria. \Ensure timely documentation and reporting of client progress and service outcomes, contributing to data-driven decision-making. \Participate actively in programmatic initiatives and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will primarily involve clients from diverse backgrounds dealing with significant emotional and mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate these challenges through individualized therapy sessions, group therapy, and community engagement. You are expected to understand the subtleties of each client's unique needs while providing holistic care aimed at their recovery and empowerment journey.
