Cleaning and Maintenance - Housekeeping - Custodian

We are seeking a dependable Janitor for a direct hire opportunity in San Dimas, CA within a real estate and property management environment. This entry-level Janitor role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming shared spaces for residents, guests, and staff.

This position supports the daily upkeep of a clubhouse, gym areas, restrooms, pool area, kitchen, and common spaces. Clean and maintain clubhouse areas, including restrooms, tables, chairs, floors, windows, and blinds.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout assigned areas.

Clean and maintain the women’s and men’s gym areas to support a safe and sanitary environment.

Inspect common areas for broken items, maintenance concerns, leaks, or safety issues and report them as needed.

Support daily facility presentation by ensuring assigned areas remain clean, organized, and ready for use.

Clean and maintain clubhouse, restroom, gym, pool, kitchen, and common areas.

Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and general janitorial duties.

Check assigned areas for leaks, broken items, debris, and other maintenance concerns.

1 to 2 years of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities cleaning experience preferred.

Comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and using cleaning tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to notice maintenance or safety issues.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Professional attitude and respect for shared residential or community spaces.

Experience cleaning clubhouse, fitness center, pool, or property management common areas.

Familiarity with safe use of cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and pressure washing equipment.

Bilingual communication skills are helpful but not required.
