Power Retail Success as a Part-Time Meta Merchandising and Support Representative!

The Meta Merchandising and Support Representative is a hybrid role responsible for delivering high-quality in-store merchandising execution while also supporting remote L2 support center operations and quality control initiatives. This position dedicates approximately 70% of time to in-store merchandising execution within assigned retail locations. The remaining 30% is performed remotely from a home office, supporting troubleshooting, case management, and quality control activities.

Tuesdays and Fridays required in-store at assigned retail locations. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays worked remotely as Support Representative.

Field Merchandising (Approx. Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.

Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards.

Conduct store visits, including audits and signage updates.

Build relationships with retail teams.

L2 Support & Quality Control (Approx. Provide remote troubleshooting support.

Respond to inquiries via phone and email.

Perform quality control audits.

Support surveys, instructions, and materials planning.

Monitor parts and communicate trends.

General Merchandising projects are $20.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

W2 employment includes bi-weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.

Electronics Merchandising Specialist experience or equivalent.

Demonstrated customer service aptitude with a focus on follow‑up and achieving complete resolution.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willingness and ability to work in field and remotely.

Travel as needed by vehicle.

Use a computer, phone and other standard office equipment.
