Requirements

Must be 21 years of age

Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.

A valid driver’s license is required

1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities

Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred

NADD DSP Certification training within the first year of employment

Shift and Pay
Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 12 a‑8 a

Pay Rate: $19.13 per hour

No experience required - we provide PAID training. Earn up to $17.61/hour with the Enhanced Pay Option.

Responsibilities
Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long‑term impacts on the lives of individuals and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Activities include teaching individuals to navigate daily living tasks such as housekeeping and laundry. Work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager, who reviews results through observation of activities, resident responsiveness, inspection of living areas, and periodic meetings. Your role is to assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence.
