This position is ideal for a hands‑on facilities maintenance professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining building systems, addressing equipment issues, and supporting a safe, well‑organized facility. Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on the facility and production‑related equipment

Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural issues

Complete general repairs, including fabrication, welding, soldering, and carpentry tasks

Use hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively

Coordinate parts and materials and maintain accurate service and maintenance documentation

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial environments

Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and mechanical troubleshooting

exposure to regulated or quality‑driven environments is a plus
