Executive Assistant

Aptar is seeking an Executive Assistant that can be based in Mukwonago, WI or Lincolnton, NC this role will be onsite with some hybrid flexibility. The Executive Assistant to the Regional President provides high-level administrative and communication strategic support to the Regional President and Regional Leadership Team (RLT). This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing executive priorities, coordinating leadership activities, following up on key priorities for the president and ensuring effective communication flow across the region. In addition, this position plays a key role in regional communication planning and execution, helping align messaging, drive engagement, and support organizational priorities.

As an Executive Assistant, You Will:

Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions.

Handle confidential correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including international logistics as required.

Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.

Make independent decisions within established guidelines to provide support with planning, organizing, and scheduling various events for NA Closures.

Provide project coordination support for regional initiatives and strategic programs.

Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables for key projects.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant who can independently manage executive priorities, coordinate key initiatives, and serve as a trusted partner to the Regional President and Regional Leadership Team. The ideal candidate combines exceptional communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills with discretion, business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

5+ years of executive administrative or business support experience, preferably in a regional or corporate environment

High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information

Strong project coordination and follow-through capabilities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Experience supporting communication planning or internal communications

Travel Requirements:

5% - regional travel
