As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business and nurturing client relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable policy options. Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, outbound calls, and community outreach (leads provided)
Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Prepare and present insurance quotes clearly and professionally
Achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license Preferred (or willingness to obtain). Licensing assistance available
Sales experience preferred, insurance experience a plus.
Customer Focused: Motivation: High level of enthusiasm towards achieving sales targets and building relationships.
