Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. We are hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in our San Pedro location!
Provides a variety of skilled duties in one or more buildings, such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, cement masonry, minor electrical, dry wall or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining and repairing buildings and facilities. Respond immediately to emergency maintenance requests in the building.

Wall cleaning, painting, plaster and drywall when necessary.

Repair and replace doors and windows when necessary.

Minimum electrical work, depending on experience.

Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical tools and equipment such as power saws, power sanders, drills, air compressors, paint sprayers, and various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance skills.

Position is full-time and on-site.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Five (5) years’ experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Must be able to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
