As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Mary Washington, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation collaboratives, and our TPS Orthopedic Residency Program.

Job Overview & Work Site What we treat.

We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. As the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, Therapy Partner Solutions works directly with over 20 orthopedic MDs and PAs in over 10 community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare.

We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.
