Where Ya Bin Stores delivers a fast-paced and exciting retail shopping experience focused on unbeatable savings and constantly changing inventory. Every week, we receive truckloads of overstock merchandise from major online retailers across America. Prices start at $10 on Fridays and drop daily until everything is just $0.25 on Thursdays before new inventory arrives.

The Retail Team Member plays an important role in supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands‑on retail position that includes stocking merchandise, assisting customers, organizing sales floor areas, cleaning, and helping maintain an efficient and safe shopping environment.

Team Members work closely with store leadership to ensure the store remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.

Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service

Assist customers with questions, directions, and general store needs

Stock merchandise and assist with product replenishment

Support bin flips, staging, and sales floor organization

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to store leadership

Help maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment

Perform general retail tasks as needed to support store operations

Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced retail environment

Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise as needed

Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks during each shift

Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
