Inside Sales Associate - Land.com - Austin, TX
Location : Austin, TX (On‑site, Monday - Friday)

Primary responsibility is to grow revenue through the sale of Land.com solutions within a specified geographic territory. The Associate will become an industry expert in the Land.com Network (Land.com, Land and Farm, and LandWatch), managing a personal book of business, developing prospects, and driving both new and existing customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to differentiate value and win deals.

Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving consistent growth from both existing customers and new logo acquisition.

Build, expand, and leverage strong relationships with the client base through consultative selling.

Drive customer retention by delivering onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings.

Maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline by tracking activity metrics, forecasting monthly revenue, and executing against defined KPIs.

What Success Looks Like
The Associate will become a trusted name in the territory, consistently grow revenue, exceed targets, minimize client churn, and demonstrate independence, discipline, and accountability.

Comfortable driving the region and meeting clients face‑to‑face.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit institution (in‑person college/university).

Track record of commitment to prior employers.

2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.

Proven record of exceeding sales targets and meeting all KPIs in a corporate sales environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Energetic team contributor with a great attitude and competitive spirit.

Results‑oriented and enjoys teamwork.

Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).
