Job Title: Facilities Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with expertise in plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, patching, HVAC, welding, and preventive maintenance. Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
Assist with welding and patching tasks as needed.
Use hand tools and power tools to perform carpentry and drywall tasks.
Experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in electrical work and plumbing.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance techniques.
Experience in welding and patching.
Capability in carpentry and drywall tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
