Position Overview–Associate Attorney (Wenatchee Office)
GLP Attorneys is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Wenatchee office in a case-managing role. The role combines litigation, negotiation, and case management responsibilities, with a strong focus on client advocacy and achieving meaningful outcomes.

As a case-managing Associate Attorney, you will oversee matters from client intake through resolution, including litigation and trial work. You will lead and mentor a team—typically consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant—while collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional service.

Managing cases from client intake through claim resolution
Litigation and trial experience, including strong oral and written advocacy skills
Minimum of one to three years of relevant legal experience
Prior personal injury law experience strongly preferred
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team typically consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant
Commitment to community engagement and professional development, aligning with the firm’s mission and values
85,000 – $95,000 (exempt, case-managing Associate Attorney)
Bonus eligibility: Case managing Associate Attorneys are bonus-eligible and often earn 100% or more of their base in bonuses in a calendar year. Bonuses are awarded based on performance and vary by Attorney.
Compensation is determined using local, national, and industry-specific data and is based on location, experience, education, and skill set.
