Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgery / Telemetry

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 18 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Supplemental Program - Highland Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Highland Hospital.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: 1 year recent experience in acute med surg/tele.

2 years of U.S. work experience required for non U.S. candidates.

Preferred Skills / Experience: 2 years recent experience in acute med surg/tele

Special Requests: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take 12 months off from any University of Rochester Medical Center affiliate as well.

Shift & Scheduling: 7P-7A / 7A-7P rotation. Candidate will not be scheduled for multiple shift types within the same week.

1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend.

Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.

Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility’s schedule. Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 12 months
