Full Time, Monday - Friday; This position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement with on-site responsibilities determined according to organizational needs. This role is dedicated to supporting overflow and special recruitment needs across all regions. The Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting and provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the organization and clients. This Position will assist Hiring Managers in proactively locating the best possible candidate pool to fill positions and to ensure quality candidates are available in a timely manner. Perform administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting (job posting, application screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection review, job offer and start)
Work with hiring managers to fill open positions within designated time periods
Maintain the applicant tracking system
Review, process, and track Hiring Requisitions
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit
Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit candidates
Maintain online recruiting resources with current organization branding/logo, contact information, benefits, non-discrimination notice
Create, enhance and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
Provide Hiring Managers with guidance and support on interviewing procedures
Handle scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Organize and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
Assist management with revisions and updates to recruitment operating procedures
coordinate events with hiring managers
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates including colleges and universities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Organizational leadership, hiring managers, vendors
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time
Understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
Knowledgeable in full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence
Organizational, planning, and time management skills
Possess effective internal and external customer relations and customer service skills
Ability to handle competing priorities, multiple tasks, and frequent deadlines while being extremely adaptable and flexible
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills Self-sufficient and focused on excellent customer service
Completion of High School Diploma

• 3 years of professional recruiting experience or Human Resources experience
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for a broad range of positions and on a regional, multi-location level
• Proficient in using recruiting software applications and HRIS systems
• Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or other specific technology

TRAVEL : Ability to travel in performance of job duties is required

Finger Dexterity: using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together
Average Visual Abilities: ordinary acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or operate machinery
