As a Waitstaff/Server, you are responsible for providing residents with a service that exceeds their expectations, at all times. Must desire to work with seniors and have a tolerance for behaviors associated with the aging processes.

Must enjoy working with seniors by providing empathy, compassion, kindness, and patience

Ability to respond promptly to resident needs

Ability to remain calm in a variety of situations and use sound judgment

Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What you'll be responsible for:

Set up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.

Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.

Ensure that each resident feels that they are the most important person to you and that you find pleasure in serving them.

Takes meals/drinks and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner.

Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items

Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
