Paid Sick, Holiday, and Vacation Leave: As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Key Rehab, you will:

Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current PTA license in the state of practice.
Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
