2+ years of F&I Manager or Automotive Finance Manager experience

• Proven success with PVR, product penetration, and revenue performance
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance regulations, compliance, and deal structure
• Experience working with lenders, credit applications, and funding processes
• Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills
• Manage all aspects of the automotive finance & insurance (F&I) process

Structure deals and present financing, service contracts, GAP, and protection products
Partner with sales managers and consultants to maximize deal performance and customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong lender and bank relationships
