Head of Sales Management

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Powersports Sales Manager to lead our sales department to new heights. In this role, you will manage floor sales, mentor and train sales reps, oversee inventory turnover, and ensure an exceptional buying experience for our customers.

Whether our customers are looking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or personal watercraft (PWC), you will be the driving force behind meeting store sales quotas and maintaining strong customer relationships. Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit monthly unit and gross profit targets.

Desk deals, structure financing, and assist sales reps on the showroom floor to close transactions effectively.

Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing transparent, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Inventory & Showroom Management: Partner with general sales management to track inventory levels, display units attractively, and maintain trade-in evaluations.

Process Management: Ensure proper use of the dealership CRM, enforce phone and internet lead follow-ups, and track sales pipeline metrics.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with F&I, Parts, and Service departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer handoffs.

Experience: 2+ years of sales management or leadership experience in powersports, motorcycle, marine, or automotive dealerships.

Strong knowledge of major powersports brands (e.g., Leadership: Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license (Motorcycle endorsement/M-Class is a strong plus). Ability to work weekends as required. Competitive compensation structure (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission / Bonuses)
