Carside Server

The Carside Server Exceeds Expectations by serving food and beverages to guests while accommodating the guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner following Applebee’s Basic Service Steps and Carside Service Standards. The Carside Server fosters a culture aligned with the TSFR Roadmap, including Our Core Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values.
Take guests orders either in person on via phone and input them correctly in the POS

• Delivers food and beverages to guests either in their vehicle or in the dining room
• Pre bus table, re-stock and re-set working area and sweep to keep it clean and comfortable
• Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS
• Check all carside to go orders for accuracy and proper packaging and labels

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guests’ expectations

• Ability to communicate with guests verbally in person or over the phone
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
