Bookkeeper - Full Time Position

Gadfly Associates, PLLC and Gadfly Ledgers

FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER - FULL TIME, ONSITE

Gadfly Ledgers, located in downtown Manassas, VA is currently seeking a highly organized and personable bookkeeper to support our growing client list. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with exceptional full-charge bookkeeping skills, knowledge of Quickbooks Online is REQUIRED and previous experience with payroll processing in addition to bookkeeping is a plus.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Professional demeanor with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
