HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) Opportunity in Fallbrook, CA.

This skilled nursing facility has a 300 square foot gym with NuStep, parallel bars, stairs, therapy mat, and various weights. The facility also has a resident garden area.

Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California

Full-Time Wage Range: $36 - $39 per hour, based on experience

Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.

Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.

Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.

Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible

Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
