In this position, you’ll play a dual role supporting both HR functions and the day-to-day operations of a busy legal office. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to assist in all aspects of HR operations, benefits, and day-to-day interactions with employees. On the operations side, you’ll help coordinate staff workflow and coverage to ensure the office runs efficiently, especially in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll serve as a central point of contact for the office, partnering with vendors and building management to address facility needs, and maintain a professional workplace.
