If you are interested in this Loader position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io Loader Compensation The pay for this position is $18.57 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights This position is a 6-month contract assignment with strong potential to continue long term based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (onsite in Fredericksburg, VA) Firm start date: May 1 Frequent overtime opportunities available during high-volume periods Loader Responsibilities Load store merchandise onto trailers for store delivery Remove and palletize returns, totes, and materials from inbound trailers Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Conduct safety checks on equipment before use Verify orders, SKU numbers, and product quantities for accuracy Ensure correct loading, stacking, and weight distribution in trailers Arrange loads to maximize trailer space and prevent product damage Maintain accurate inventory tracking and stock level documentation Coordinate with warehouse personnel and drivers for smooth loading operations Complete load diagrams and required loading documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment Support housekeeping tasks and general warehouse duties as assigned Loader Requirements Ability to operate or be certified on motorized material handling equipment Ability to read, write, and count accurately Ability to lift up to 100 lbs intermittently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Loader Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehouse loading, shipping, or distribution environments Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems Experience working in high-volume warehouse or logistics operations If you think this Loader position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me — feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! *
