Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, we recognize and relate to the unique challenges clinicians face every day.
As the provider of home health therapy services for LHC Group, we're proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapist, occupational therapists, speech therapist, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. We understand the unique challenges of the home healthcare setting and are here to support you every step of the way.
Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, virtual educational series, and OCS prep collaborative.
