Paint Prepper Job Description

In this role, candidates will be responsible for preparing cabs for painting, which includes tasks such as masking, sanding, gluing, and bonding. The use of a handheld grinder is necessary to ensure all parts are properly prepared for painting.

Prepare cabs for painting by performing tasks such as masking, sanding, gluing, and bonding.

Use a handheld grinder to ensure parts are ready for painting.

Perform blasting, sandblasting, and powder coating as required.

Experience in industrial painting

Proficiency in paint prep, sanding, masking, and grinding

Work in a temperature-controlled environment on the 1st shift from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.
