Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), provides nursing care in support of the treatment plans. Assists with treatments and procedures and carries out selected interventions within the framework of the established care plan. Performs additional duties related to clinic operations under direction of RN.
Graduate from an LPN Program
Experience in a patient care setting
Operational safety of hyperbaric equipment
Competence in nursing and technical skills.
- Ability to follow directions during an emergency.
- Knowledge of emergency equipment consistent with area of practice.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to collaborate or provide care with diverse populations.
- Ability to lift and move patients, stretchers and equipment.
Licensure, Certification, Registration:
· Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut
Language Skills:
Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English.
Competence in nursing and technical skills.
