Starfish Hospitality Group invites you to explore positions within our growing restaurant group. Our upscale, yet inviting, concept showcases Asian Coastal Cuisine across our tastefully designed restaurants, our Coastal Catering division, and our concession brand, The Cove by Starfish.
We are dedicated to cultivating a positive and healthy culture, built on passion and commitment, and we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service with quality and consistency in every space. The Busser is a key player in enhancing our guests’ dining experience, responsible for maintaining a clean and well‑organized dining area. Support the service team by assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages.
Adhere to all service protocols, including managing special dietary needs and allergy precautions.
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
Ability to safely maneuver furniture such as chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats.
Proficient in using all necessary cleaning tools and equipment.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand and walk during the entire shift, navigating through potential hazards.
