Salary & benefits
- Base salary: ¥20,000–¥28,000/month (before tax)
- Meal allowance: Free three meals per day
- Housing allowance: ¥1,800/month
- Holidays: Fully paid national holidays, winter and summer vacations (total of 50 days), plus Christmas holiday (Dec 24–26)
- Sick leave: 2.5 paid sick days per year
- Airfare: Round-trip economy class airfare reimbursed after one full year of service

Qualifications & requirements
- Native English speaker
- TEFL/TESOL certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in kindergarten
Work schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
- Weekends off
- No more than 25 teaching periods per week (40 minutes each)
- Class size: No more than 30 students
- Students’ age: 2–6 years (for kindergarten position)
