High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems as applicable.

Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Performance Standards

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members while promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, questions, and service recovery situations.

Personal Development

Continuously develop leadership skills and encourage team growth through training, coaching, and cross-functional learning opportunities.

Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in implementing process improvements and operational initiatives.

Staffing and Training

Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of team members. Support management in maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

Quality Assurance

Conduct routine inspections and audits as necessary.

Lead and support team members throughout daily operations.

Address routine employee and customer concerns.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Conduct team briefings and shift meetings.

Monitor performance metrics and productivity.

Coordinate with management regarding operational needs.

Assist with customer service escalations and problem resolution.

Participate in management meetings and special projects.

Assist with performance reviews and corrective action processes.

Access storage areas and equipment.

Access supplies and equipment.

Operate equipment, tools, and computer systems.

Utilize computers, POS systems, and communication devices.
