Job Description Registered Dental Hygienist (Full Time)

Red Lion Dental | York, PA

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM (no Fridays or weekends)

Red Lion Dental is looking for a full-time RDH to join our York team. We’re a solo-doctor, 2-hygienist practice with a 4.9-star Google rating and a tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Schedule: 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends.

We use Open Dental, intraoral cameras in every operatory, and iTero Lumina scanning to support patient education, track health over time, and plan treatment.

Provide high-quality preventive care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, sealants, and fluoride.

Routinely scan hygiene patients and use the iTero tools to empower them about their oral health and options.

Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes.

Educate patients on home care, prevention, and overall oral-systemic health.

Identify patients would would benefit from treatment beyond single tooth dentistry and help them understand the benefits.

Certified to administer local anesthetic agents.

Positive, dependable, patient-focused, and looking for a long-term dental “home”.

Comfortable using technology and learning new software; Open Dental experience is a plus but not required.
