Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.

Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license.

Experience working with adult and geriatric populations in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.

experience with Net Health is a plus.

Provide compassionate and effective physical therapy services to adult and geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Support residents in achieving personal goals and rehabilitation milestones.

Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards.

Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

Educate residents and families on safe techniques and strategies to maximize independence.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.

Current Wisconsin PT license.

Strong clinical skills and a focus on working with older adults.
