Litigation Attorney - (All Levels) Louisville, Kentucky!

Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys! We currently have openings available for attorneys at various levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply. We are keenly interested in attorneys with expertise across a broad spectrum of civil litigation practice areas. Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys.

Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.

Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys.

Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.

Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.

Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.

Two or more years of civil litigation experience.

Strong research and writing skills.

Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
