Want to be part of the team building the finest property, casualty and specialty lines insurance company in the world?Job Opportunity: BHSI has an exciting opportunity to join our established Transactional Liability team as a Representation & Warranty Insurance (RWI) Underwriter. The Transactional Liability team provides insurance in connection with Mergers & Acquisitions and other transactions, including Representation and Warranty Insurance, Tax Insurance, and Contingent Liability Insurance. In this role, the RWI Underwriter will collaborate with our Transactional Liability team to execute Representation and Warranty Insurance deals across a wide range of industry sectors. Key responsibilities will include: building relationships with distribution partners (insurance brokers and law firms) and customers; analyzing risk and exercising judgment to offer appropriate policy terms; reviewing and negotiating transaction agreements and policy documentation; and proactively responding to changes in the M&A environment that could impact risks.
