Responsible for initiating litigation of Fla. 984 Child in Need of Services (CINS) cases and representing the Department in CINS hearings. Provide legal oversight of pre-litigation Family in Need of Services (FINS) cases as needed. Complete legislative bill analysis as assigned.Minimum of 2 years of experience as practicing attorney.
