Marketing Graphic Design (Remote)

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team and subject-matter experts to develop high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns, events, publications and corporate communications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate and B2B design, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design social media posts, carousels, infographics and digital campaigns.

Create tax alerts, newsletters, brochures, reports, company profiles and other corporate publications.

Develop event collateral, including invitations, agendas, backdrops, standees, presentation screens, certificates and thank-you notes.

Design and format professional PowerPoint presentations and proposals.

Convert technical tax and business content into clear, visually engaging designs.

Develop email banners, website graphics and internal communication materials.

Create basic motion graphics and animated social media content.

Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Coordinate with the marketing team, videographer and technical teams to understand project requirements.

Manage design files, templates, brand assets and final deliverables in an organised manner.

Review all designs carefully for spelling, alignment, image quality and brand consistency before submission.

Manage multiple projects and deliver time-sensitive requirements within agreed deadlines.

Stay updated on design trends and recommend fresh, relevant ideas for MMJS campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.

Approximately 2-4 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, consulting, financial services or B2B environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate design, social media content, presentations and publications.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva.

Understanding of typography, colour, visual hierarchy, grids and layout principles.

Experience preparing files for both digital publishing and professional printing.

Basic motion graphics or video-editing skills would be an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work effectively during UAE business hours in a remote environment.

Remote-Working Expectations

Remain available and responsive from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UAE time, Monday to Friday.

Attend virtual meetings and respond to messages within reasonable working timelines.

Maintain reliable internet access and an appropriate remote-working setup.

Communicate progress regularly and inform the manager promptly of any delays or challenges.

Organise and securely store all working and final design files.
