As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work as a W-2 employee inside an established local Farmers agency , helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. You'll sell and service home, auto, life, and business insurance with the full backing of a coaching-driven team.
Commission breaks down differently by product (auto, home, life, business) and varies by agency
Quote and sell home, auto, life, and business policies
Hit sales targets with the support of ongoing coaching and training
2+ years of sales experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
