Work Environment\n The position is primarily remote, enabling you to manage your schedule effectively while providing a balance of in-office and telehealth sessions. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for flexibility in your work hours. Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client. \Deliver individual, couples, and family counseling services, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. \Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, utilizing our efficient electronic health record (EHR) system. \Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients. \Engage in regular clinical supervision and actively pursue professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing a range of challenges from mental health disorders to everyday life stressors. Your empathetic approach and understanding of various cultural backgrounds will make a significant impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families seeking help.

Current and valid LPC license in the state of New Jersey. \Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting. \Strong command of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices. \Experience with electronic health record platforms and familiarity with telehealth services is preferred. \Bilingual capabilities are considered a significant asset but are not mandatory. \We provide comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
