Service Writer Service Writer for a Commercial Trailer Shop

Interstate Utility Trailer, a full-service commercial semi-trailer dealership, has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales person for our Franklin OH service center.

Meet and interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.

Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.

Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.

Serve as a customer relationship manager.

Providing written estimates of equipment damages and replacement parts requirements to affect repairs to damaged commercial trailers and associated equipment.

Communicating with customers on repair progress

Reviewing and closing equipment work orders.

Reviewing and prioritizing equipment repair write-ups.

Strong Computer skills

Mechanical aptitude

Experience in truck and trailer repair is a plus

Experience writing commercial estimates
