Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers to align Cisco architectures with the specific needs of SMB customers. Drive technical sales strategy by translating complex cybersecurity concepts into approachable, actionable initiatives for diverse audiences. Manage strategic customer engagements, including high-level interactions with CXOs and directors on large competitive deals. Facilitate cross-architecture collaboration with Engineering, Customer Experience (CX), and marketing units to ensure client-focused solutions and continued technological evolution. Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional experience working in cybersecurity presales, engineering, or solution architecture.
Proven knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, emerging threats, and industry-standard technologies.
Experience overseeing technical sales management activities within a defined geographic region or market segment.
Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders, including CXOs and Directors, on strategic accounts.
Experience managing long-term, competitive sales cycles that span one year or more.
