Warehouse Associate Job Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM/6:30PMPay Rate: $18/hourContract-to-HireWarehouse Associate Job Description:Process customer orders accurately by reviewing manifests, item numbers, quantities, and packaging requirementsInspect products for quality, cleanliness, and damage prior to shipmentPackage orders efficiently and securely to prevent damage during transitMaintain order accuracy and meet daily productivity goalsReceive incoming shipments and verify contents against receiving documentationProcess receiving paperwork, backorders, and outbound shipments to customers and vendorsStock inbound materials in designated warehouse locations using receiving manifestsResearch and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory recordsOperate material handling equipment and warehouse tools in accordance with safety guidelinesAssist with general warehouse upkeep, including trash removal and recyclingSupport internal teams with furniture assembly, equipment movement, and other warehouse tasks as neededWarehouse Associate Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, order processing, or inventory experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracyAbility to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and documentationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyAbility to walk up and down stairs throughout the shiftBasic computer skills and ability to process inventory and shipping documentationReliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safetyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet productivity standardsPeopleShare provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic disposition, neurodiversity, disability, veteran status, or any other protected category or class under federal, state, and/or local laws.
