CNC Programmers - Manufacturing
$23 - $29 per hourGabriel Group
Employee Type: Full-Time Exempt
Required Degree: High school
High school diploma or equivalent, with 4-6 years of experience in a relevant role
Understanding of CNC mill operations and familiarity with Mazatrol programming
Ability to perform tool offsets without supervision and assist with machine setup/tool changeovers
Must be able to read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and handle raw materials
Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Computer skills: familiarity with offline CNC programming software and experience with Microsoft Excel
Set up and operate Mazak CNC mills following setup sheets and a machine schedule.
Perform tool/machine changeovers and assist with light equipment maintenance as needed.
Load raw materials, unload finished products, and maintain job/product traceability.
Record finished product dimensions utilizing calibrated measuring equipment.
Perform inspections to maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure smooth operation.
