Full-Time Day Shift (7am-7pm)

Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, a premier resident-focused care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Jonesburg, Missouri. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services to our residents.

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and incontinence care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatments

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Respond to resident calls and alarms in a timely and efficient manner

Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and implementation of care interventions

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
