Job Description We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. DSPs play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, respect, and community inclusion.
Provide direct care and support in daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Support individuals in community engagement, recreational activities, and outings.
Assist with medication administration and follow care plans as directed.
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of individuals in your care.
Document daily activities, progress notes, and any incidents in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, families, and service coordinators.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous experience in caregiving,related field preferred, but not required—training is provided.
Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with varying needs.
